Ability to sort out certain measures in list of measures

Right now you can choose to see one specific measure in the list of measures. It would be beneficial to be able to see for example all measures except for the ones that are already implemented/finished.

    In new Chemical Manager, actions can be fltered according to status. Select the statuses you want to view in the list.
