New version: black list for specific location with under-locations

It is very useful to run a black list for a specific location, in order to do risk assessment for that specific room, building, campus, faculty or other.

    Please have a look at the new Full path-column in the Legislation report. It will allow you to use the filteringe function to the right by typing the location and all sublocations will show, instead of using the Change location functionality which only shows one location at the time.
