Inventory transfer between locations/storages (with improved rapport generators)

This would allow one to log transfers between storages, e.g. if you want to move motor oil barrels from one location to another so you don't have to first withdraw x liters from a location, and then (manually with risk of filling in wrong amount) adding it to another. This should all be one operation and super simple.

Also, with this, there should be better rapport generating options of transactions and inventory status, with drilldown actions for each location. There should perhaps also be a function for adding documentation of the transaction (with batch info etc.)?
