All organisations importing chemical products and biotechnical orgaminsms must report their organisation to the Swedish Chemical Agency (Kemikalieinspektionen/KemI) via Produttregistret, regardless of the amount of imported substance. If the imported amount is 100 kg/year per product or higher, each of those products must be registered. The registrations must be revises annually in the beginning of each year, no later than Feb 28th.
