Reason for expiring an SDS should be visible to users

I want to know the reason why a SDS is set as expired. Could this maybe be shown in section 16 in the SDS by the expiration date or somewhere in the product information or procuct view?

If the SDS has expired because the product has been replaced by another, it will be good to be able to see which product it is.
