Faster Chemical Adding/Updating by Linking Procurement/Purchase Process and Product ID with an API

In many industries, where masses of chemical are changed/purchased on daily/weekly basis to different sites, manual adding of let's say 50 new chemicals or even more to the registry is a cumbersome process. In the purchase process there's usually some individual product ID or similar information, that specifies the product and is used in general across the purchase value chain. To eaze the client from writing the same information several times in different systems on weekly basis, an API using of product ID or similar information as indentification of the particular chemical substance would benefit a lot.
