One function that I lack in the system is, for example, next to the save button (in risk assessment) to have one more button for "save as draft" and an opportunity from it to also be able to print as for example pdf.

When I help departments prepare risk assessments that we then go through together, this would save a lot of time. At the moment there will be a lot of double jobs.

If I could do the risk assessment directly in Chemical manager and after review could go into "saved draft" and save, the work would be more efficient and easier.

Printing as a pdf or similar would simplify my work a bit, though paper form for review is sometimes

easier than showing them my computer screen.
