The product information (i.e classification) can be changed by everybody with access to administrate the risk assessments. When this is changed in one location, it is changed for all other locations as well.
The initial idea behind this is perhaps sound, it is a very simple classification from the SDS, but some peapole might think otherwise.
Some users add all the phrases mentioned in section 16 for example, and some times the phrases added are based on a subjective assessment - not dependent on the classification given in the SDS.
Since the changes here will affect all locations where the product is in use, there should be a notification for all when the product information fields are changed.
