Make CLP codes (H and R) autotranslatable when viewing a product

When a norwegian producer of a chemicals adds a MSDS, Ecoonline collects H and R sentences for the product view page. It would be beneficial to have these codes translated so english speaking users could benefit more from the program. 

Example - FYBIKON has a chemical called "saltsyre 33-35%". When looking at the product and the dangers that follows, the codes "H314, H335, P280, P305+353+338 and P261" should be viewable both in norwegian and english.
