According to SE law, the responsible manager for a workplace/organisation must approve the risk assessment. Today an administrator saves the risk assessment and gets their name  on the risk report. The responsible manager can check the Appproval checkbox. That function lack some sophistication. The manager should  more easily find which assessments have been approved or not. SUGGESTION: At a very minimum add the name of the one approving a risk assessment as a Reports field. That way one can see which RA has been approved or not. Even better: Add a approving date and make it a function/button/status somewhere that can be seen in the location view  when an updated risk assessment needs to be approved.
