Make it possible to have a copy of the whole riskassessment to another place. Merged

If one chemical is used almost in the same way in several places it's very useful not to have to write everything all over again. Even if a full copy is made it should be necessary to go through Place, Use and Exposure to see if anything needs to be changed.
