Push risk assessment to same chemical in different locations

This would save a lot of time in the process. And then we could just change the details of the assessment in the location itself.

Not recommended: if the pushed assessment is not updated in the other locations, there might be faulty information for those locations. BUT: it would be useful if one could just copy data field by field from one risk assessment to another (like one can when writing an SDS in Publisher, for those who know).
