User history - digital footprint - override user actions

Is it possible to view a user's activity history (digital footprint) within CM, including the actions they have performed?

Additionally, is there a way to reverse or roll back specific actions? For example, can administrators review a user's previous actions and restore the system to a prior state or undo selected changes?
