Notification to interested people that a chemical has been approved.

At our company we need to let different departments know that a chemical has been approved by the EHS department. We have used our own in house developed system that emailed our Stores department, our quality department and the EHS department to say that a chemical had been approved. EcoOnline's Chemical Manager doesn't do this. It would be good if you could add a section to the Chemical Evaluation Template that the evaluator could add in email address of departments that need to be notified of new chemical approvals.

    I highly support this idea. It is especially beneficial if purchasing department's are automatically notified if a new chemical is approved. I believe this would be fairly simple to implement and cut down on unnecessary communication.
