Setting for "Rejected SDS" so that they cannot be used in a risk assessment

At present risk assessments are allowed to be created with an SDS non compliant to UK REACH. Suggestion to create a setting that would disable this possibility and only use SDSs that have been approved on the system.

This is a good suggestion for increased control. The idea behind allowing any document to be used is that you should be able to assess risks that are not strictly coming "in a bottle" but also machines producing harmful dust, ovens producing harmful fumes, potentially toxic samples, or other processes that are producing chemical hazards that does not come with an SDS.
With that said; if you find an SDS in the UK database that is not following UK Reach regulation, please reach out to us and we will investigate if we should remove it and find a better option for you. This helps us keep a high quality of the database.
