Make place for a comment by the location manager on the front of a chemicals tile in chemical manager app.

There should be a place on the front tile of any given chemical in the app where you can see comments from the loaction. This would help for simplicity for the user if you have i.e. serveral colors of the same type of paint. It wold also be good for any other type of short info about the chemical and its use in the given location.
