Include risk assessment title in required approval notification

If the risk assessment title were included in the email notification, it would allow a user to find them all from within the platform, rather than having to use the email notification each time. This would be particularly beneficial if a user has multiple risk assessments to approve.

    Agreed - I have lots to approve. Also the email to the users that informs them of the approval/rejection should have this information.
