Possibility to copy or assign risk assessments

In case you have several same type/id chemicals in your business and risks in these places are same, it would be nice that risk assessment can be copied or assigned from already risk assessed chemical.

    Products can be added to an existing risk assessment, if the products are suitable to bundle together in he same risk assessment.
