Create a Legislation List for PRIO Utfasning (phasing out) that does not include Complex Hydrocarbon Mixtures and Butane, Isobutane.

Products with hits on these substances very rarely have an effect as there are few manufacturers that have the bad variant in their products. In the case of substitution work, this would greatly simplify.
