Show inherent hazard category for chemicals listed in substitution list

By including hazard category number for both original product and substitution product, one would be able to check whether substitutions really are decreasing hazard - both for individual substitution and to be able to verify the trend in hazard reduction (or sometimes hazard increase!) over time.
