Regarding Risk Assessment templates in Smartforms

When adding an action that reduces the risk one should be able to add matrix for Health, Fire, Environment instead of just "Other" or "General" because those have a different score-setup. Also if you wanna override your risk-score when using the built in calculator, it should be possible to turn on required field on reason for changing the score.
