Substitution needed flag

Same as with risk assesment, it would be nice to be able to see if a product has been assesed for substitution at a glance. As it is now, you need to check the substitution module for every product. It is required by law to to this for the chemicals that pose a danger to people or environment, so it would be nice if this process was as smooth as possible.
