Custom lists: add option to add additional information per CAS/EC number

Some customers have their own comprehensive restriction lists, where the substances come from several different legislations and geographical areas. When the substance identifiers are put to CM's own lists, the information about the source is lost, and the customers have to separately check why a certain substance or product is showing up in the results.
Please add an option to add additional information to the CAS or EC numbers, like the "Connection criteria" or "Information", that we have in system lists.
