Managing legacy actions in current solution

Many users have added actions in the legacy solution, and these cannot be viewed or managed in the current solution. This is confusing, as many users don't even know anymore how to manage/delete actions in legacy CM. Users often try to delete old products that have legacy actions linked to them. This leads to support cases, as they don't succeed in deleting the products and don't know why.

    Legacy Measures can now be migrated to New CM when a legacy risk assessment is updated to be Smartforms based. Select the option to include the risk assessment to make it transfer to the new Actions type. If you din't want to keep the legacy measure as an active action, you can still view and delete the legacy measure from the Actions page. This allows you to delete the measure to enable deletion of the product.
