Introduce label image recognition for adding products to chemical inventory

A label image recognition similar to eg. the Vivino app for wines would be a great addition to the CM mobile app. It would speed up adding products to chemical inventories significantly. CM could suggest products from the database, prioritising products that are already in use in some other location in the comapny, or direct the user to an SDS request if a corresponding SDS is not found.
