Risk Assessments: Replacement of selected sections with own information by selecting what information to keep.

When an assessment is created with several substances, all but 1 or 2 may have the information pulled through. It would be helpful to be able to add in own info just for missing sections (click on substance block) not having to retype everything for all substances using "use own information".
