Link to attached file under Request module for SDS Update Request (same as with requests for new SDS´s)

When having made an update request for an SDS, it will be very helpful to be able to access the attached file in order to check for any errors in the document, any new information that need immediate action, the revision date, if a possibly newer version is made available etc.
