Smartforms: show templates in your login language only as default

When you open risk assessment or exposure templates in Smartforms module, all language versions are shown on the list as default. Would be more user friendly to show templates only in current system language as default, other languages could be chosen separately. It's also confusing, that users see all language versions of the templates, even if they don't have a license for the language in question.
