If a product is phased out (via Substitution module), the phase out date should be on product information

If a product is being phased out (via Substitution module), the phase out date should be visible on the product information page. Preferably there should also be a very visible note that the product is being phased out by xx date. Currently there is nothing about the substitution on the product page.
