Currently I am printing posters to work as physical copies Chemical risk assessments since the system does not support keeping Workplace descriptions within a single double page print.

However crucial information is missing. The points of these in according to Danish environmental work rules are to describe chemical work processes but none of my notes are included.

Example: Under comments in my Work Description I write if chemicals used in the work process could cause unwanted reactions when mixed (example chloride and acid), but I have no way of including this VERY important information on my posters and many of my work descriptions go beyond 2 pages and are thus not suitable for printing, even when using doubleside print.

I would like to have more options for selecting which columns I want to have active when editing my posters. In my case "Comments".
