Autofill risk assessment title with product name

In CM risk assessment the assessment title can be filled with any text. Most users do chemical-specific assessments and want the title to be the product name. Additionally, the free text field causes confusion in cases where workplace-specific rules have not been set and unexperienced users put in ambiguous titles.
It would be good if the title would by default be the product name (if an SDS has been selected), but so that users could modify it.
