Change free text field to standard phrase field

Products classified as dangerous goods with a proper shipping name ending with N.O.S. needs a technical name after the N.O.S. This is today solved in EcoOnline in a seperate free text field. This works for IMDG and IATA where the technical name should always be in English but for ADR the technical name should be in local language. With the free text field the technical name for ADR is not automatically translated so the field should be changed to a standard phrase field.
