Change fields in copy of DHI-substance

Enable the user to change fields in a copy of DHI-substances. 

Example: DHI-substance is available with harmonized classification. However, a supplier may want to include additional classifications.

    Functionality changed with the new Editor. User is now able to change data in copy of DHI-substance.
