Create a connection to ECHA's UFI generator

In a short while, all producers of chemicals will have to report a UFI (Unique Formula Identifier) for each and every chemical mixture they produce. This number shall be reported to the Poison Centre via an XML form. The supplier can then decide which countries' Poison Centers this information shall be sent to.

Solution:
- Create a connection to the UFI generator directly in the editor. Or at least in Eco Publisher somewhere.

- Connection to the XML form for registration of UFI to the Poison Centres.
