When you do a riskevaluation the H, F, E squares should not be fully colored before the evaluation is completed.

We always do a product assessment before including a new product in our register, and we have been clicking on the "Product Assessment" mark before doing so. This way the H, F, E squares gets half filled, and this way we kinda have controll on compleated and not compleated risk assessments. To reduce the number of clicks in the operation I thought I would just not select "Product Assessment" but go directly into the first page of the Risk Assessment and Save when completed with this first page. My problem is that now, in the register, it looks like the risk assessment is completed, although this only applies to the product assessment.
