If during a risk assessment one leaves some parts "empty", i.e. does not select any H-statements or anything from a drop-down menu (for example in Workplace assessment or Frequency and duration) the numerical/coloured risk shows 1/green. The result should be 0/gray if no value has been assigned. The 1/green result is really misleading at the moment.
