Add H-prases automatically to display risk when product is added to inventory

In the solution today, the user has to manually register all relevant phrases to the risk assessment. It this was automatically added, the company could easily see which products should be prioritized for a full risk assessment.

Also, it would remove a lot of unnecessary manual work.
