Mail to person responsible for a measure

When you wish to implement a measure connected to the risk assessment, you appoint a person responsible for the measure. That person is connected to an e-mail adress in the system. I want the system to send an e-mail with the measure to the appointed responsible person when clicking "Save". It would have been great for a manager to receive. Possibly the measure will be implemented faster as well.
