Differenciate and track changes or revisions on risk assessment

Today it is possible to perform single changes in risk assessment without going through all the steps in a risk assessment. The risk asessment will then appear as new revision without any details on what changes have been made. This way a single change in risk assessment could be mistaken for a revision. Suggest to diffrenciate between single change and total revision. Alternatative prompt all steps to force a revision when performing a change or have a track log to show what changes have been done.
