Altinn-integration for automatic reporting to Form Mdir-007 (Produktregisteret)

Dangerous chemicals imported to Norway are required to be declared on an annual basis to the Norwegian Environment Agency through the Altinn-portal. The declaration needs to contain amount produced, imported and exported. Maybe the information required could be sent directly from the Eco-system to Altinn for automatic reporting?
