Functionality in section 14 the drop down menu

Is it possible to add functionality to sectio 14? If "No" is selected in the drop down menu then automaticly in  sections 14.1-14.6 in subsection Notes would be added text "Not classified as dangeous according to transport regulations." or similar phrase.

This would help user a lot. There are several products especially mixtures which are not dangerous in transports. and this ould save some time when generating a sds and it's translations.

Other option is to remove the dropdown menu.
