Transfer information about occupational exposure limits (hygieniska gränsvärden) to Exposure step.

The Exposure step contains a question whether readings have been carried out or not. Weither or not there are any substances with exposure limits or not can easily be forgotten from the Project step where Yes/No is selected. If the answer from the product step is transfeered to the Exposure step, that would be helpful when deciding whether readings could be relevant or not.
