Scrollbar with sections when viewing an SDS

A scrollbar  could be nice to have when reading an SDS. Some sections in an SDS are long and some are short. That makes it tricky to get to the right section without scrolling really slow so that you can read the text while scrolling, or taking a chance and maybe have to scroll up and down before finding the right section. A Scrollbar with sections (like in Eco Publisher editor) could solve that. I guess this could be possible when opening a short version or an SDS made with Eco Publisher, and not when opening the original PDF. But if the latter could be possible too, that would be even better.
