Ability to archive full chemical lists

If the organizational structure changes much it would be convenient to store full chemical lists from "expired" locations. This would allow that the older locations could be tracked somehow and the organizational structure could be better adjusted to represent always the current state of the firm. Now if an user wants to archive a location fully he/she can rename this location so that his/her fellow colleagues know this location is archived but he/she cannot delete it from the organizational list.
