Add multiple choice for main route and level of exposure in risk assessment

Sometimes there is a need to choose more than one option for the main route and level of exposure in the risk assessment. For example it can both affect the skin and the respiratory system equally, then it is difficult to choose only one route for exposure.

    Risk assessments created via new Chemical Manager interface can now have more than one route of exposure.
