All langues default in search and remember search parameters.

  1. Make "all languages" a default option when searching and using reporter (or make option for user to select this as default).
  2. Remember parameters added in local search. Example: I want to search for specific details in one location at a time. The information is the same but the locations are different between the searches. It would be useful if the search remembered my input parameters.

    Implemented: "all languages" are default in the new search engine.

    Implemented: Parameters are saved in the new advanced search (unified inventory and database search).
