The default requirement for update risk assessments is two years. However, I would have liked a greater interval, for instance three years, which will save much time, since the risk assessments in a small degree is outdated after two years.
It would be good if you could add as an option to adjust the time interval required for updating the risk assessments.
This is a good point and we understand the difference in requirements here that could be company specific and even product specific.
In the new risk assessment forms, the date of review is not set to two years anymore but the person doing the risk assessment is free to pick a date that is relevant for the given product(s).
We will consider adding the option to set a default date for the form element "date of next revision" in the Risk assessment template builder. That would open up for a flexible solution related to this feature.
Would also be good to be able to control that more dangerous products are risk-assessed with higher frequency. Products that are not classified as hazardous could have longer time intervals.
