As of today, some information added in the Edit Product Information form or the other tabs found after clicking Edit Product Information (ES for example) can be found nowhere else than in the form itself. I therefore have to open the form in edit mode to find certain information. All tabs found after clicking "Edit product Information" are edit-forms (accessed only by admins). The information itself should be reflected in the Product Information tab, another tab found after clicking the product name or under Show Extended Information (accessed by all). Example 1: Annual amount is something that can be added in selfdefined view, but people with multiuser (link) cannot add their own selfdefined view. Example 2: The information added in the ES-tab can be reflected in the ES-report, but not everybody has access to the standard reports. I know much of this might very well be changed with the new framework, but I think the point I want to make is still valid: One should not have to open edit functions to find added information.
Currently, in the new solution all fields available under product information admin, will be shown on the product details page when added to the product.
