Ability to modify/tailor location columns (pick what are shown in location view)

It would be nice to modify columns according to the user so that f.eg. storage amounts and annual amount used could be raised as columns. This information is anyway fed into the system. In other words, user (even read user) could pick certain columns and also hide some columns showing in the location view.

    The new read user experience has this function implemented. Moving forward, the new framework will continue with more functionality for admin users. Please note that all administrators also have access to this view via the read-only access button.
